lol her expression doesn't quite look vacant or distressed enough, & is positioned like maybe she was trying not to make a mess.... though like you say she could've been positioned that way by the killer, or it could be you killed someone with ocd for cleaning... like if someone tried to kill martha stewart. lol. i can just hear it now: "hold on before you stab me! let me get on my painting smock!!"
